Radial Arc for soil compactor wheels eliminates the band-aid fix of weld-on rolled rings for worn drum sections where cleaner bars are mounted. For existing wheel sets that were banded, Radial Arc burns through old bands right to the drum surface fusing three different options of hard-surfacing, creating a new cleaner bar surface that insures long wear-life and strength. Radial Arc can be applied up to 1/2" thick or better extending the life of your wheels through multiple pad and stand replacements. Radial Arc can also be applied numerous times to offer machine life service for the original wheel set or added onto new sets for new machines to extend original expected service for many hours
