Radial Resurfacing

Total width Radial Recasting is a process where we take drums that are total width wise below the 3/4" tolerance mark. This fusion process of new metal will never break free of the drum or chip and provides longer wear life than OEM original material spec. Radial Iron can cast enough material to even give you a thicker drum than new. New teeth weld on easily and has a strong permanent bond. Our cost compared to cutting new plate, beveling the seam, rolling the plate, tacking it, cutting the old drums free of the inner core, re-welding the new drum to the old core, man hours is greatly reduced and we pass those savings onto you. No reduction in diameters or machine performance and these can be redone over and over again for life that will outlast any machine life or your intended time to keep it
